Shougang have announced that they intend to vigorously pursue the development of high end metal materials, alongside four other key industries, as they look to expand their operations in China and Beijing specifically.

The company hope this expansion will see them achieve revenues of CNY100bn by 2015, with a reliance on the steel industry combined with land planning and development plus urban planning.

The group intend to expand into the following industries;

• High End Metal Materials
• Automobile Parts
• High End Equipment Manufacturing
• Producer Services
• Cultural and Creative Industries
• Construction and Real Estate

Shougang have been in operation since 1919 and have many years experience that put them in good stead when it comes to expanding their industrial interests.
