Friary Metal Products produce a large selection of components for companies involved in the manufacture of a wide range of end user products.

Our customer quality needs are exacting and always met.

We produce components from all types of metals, including:

  • Mild Steel, EN 10130: 1999 – DC01 – DC06

  • Galvanised steel to EN10142: 2000 DX51 – DX56

  • HR steel to EN 10111;1998 DD14 – DD11 plus all other main grades

  • Aluminium including 1050 / 5251 / 5005 / 2014 / 6086 / 6083 in T4 and T6 and in most hardness ranges

  • Stainless steel including 1.4301 2B / 1.4301 2R / plus other commercial grades including 316L

  • CS70 Spring Steel

  • Brass / Copper / Phosphor Bronze

We currently have work finished in:

  • Electrophoretic paint

  • Powder Coating to Various RAL numbers

  • Delta Tone 9000 / Protekt 100

  • Zinc Nickel (CR6 free)

  • Plus, many other finishes, which are customer specified

We currently get work treated to:

  • Solution age Hardened

  • Hardened and Tempered

  • Solution Annealed
